The NYPD Emerald Society Pipes & Drums, Liberty University’s "Spirit of the Mountain" Marching Band, and the Benedictine Schools of Richmond are among the notable groups participating. Butler County First Responders will honor fallen comrade Corey Comperatore and celebrate the heroism of emergency personnel nationwide.Inaugural parades trace their roots to President George Washington, whose supporters followed him on his journey to New York City in 1789.
