"The fact that Luke Combs was able to play until 1:30 a.m. last night just shows how much of an awesome person he is because he just kept going," said Rachel Spinelli from Galloway, New Jersey."Bring on the rain! It will cool us off," said Meg Walton from Pennsylvania."We'll hang out, we'll ride it out. We're here for the party," said Emily Annand from Maryland.
"I'm sticking it out," said Sienna Schantz from Pennsylvania. "He's my ride or die. So I'm sticking it out."The concert was initially supposed to begin at 5:45 p.m. at Lincoln Financial Field.
