The fest unfolds on three stages, including the 1,700-seat Bruton Theater and the 1957 George Dahl-designed arena. Highlights include a New Orleans-style second-line party jam and singer-rapper CeeLo Green on Friday, Aug. 30; and bluesy singer Fantastic Negrito and R&B vocalists Jeffrey Osborne and Ginuwine on Saturday, Aug. 31.But the most impressive program is on Sunday, Sept.
