A record-breaking black hole comes to light, as two NASA telescopes paired up to view the most distant galaxy ever spotted in X-rays. Shown is the galaxy cluster Abell 2744, with the distant galaxy UHZ1 that formed just 470 million years after the Big Bang. It was imaged by the Chandra X-Ray Observatory and the James Webb Space Telescope . The blue glow is X-rays from the hot gas in the cluster, and inset, from hot gas around the black hole at the center of UHZ1.

What isn't understood very well is The new research suggests the newfound black hole was born large, with an estimated mass of roughly 10 million and 100 million suns when calculating the X-rays' brightness and energy.
