By the end of Monday, Sea ttle-Tacoma International Airport said it expects 760,000 passengers will have passed through during the three-day holiday weekend.Last summer was a record for SEA as 15.3 million passengers came through between June 1 and Aug. 31.

U.S. airlines are now predicting they will carry 271 million passengers around the world this summer. That would be a 6.3% increase from last year and a new record for U.S. carriers.
