Party mix is an art form.

You may find that you need to toss in some more of your ground spices at this point to get the seasoning where you want it.Spread the coated snack mix out into a rimmed baking sheet or pan and pop it into the center of a 275°F oven. Check on it every 15 minutes and give it a stir. Keep baking until all the liquid is absorbed and the snacks are lightly browned and crisp—usually 45 minutes or so.
