This house is filled with pumpkins, and it's quite the spooky spectacle.
What's the most jack-o'-lanterns you've seen at one house? Well, there's one in West Virginia decorated with 3,000 of them.'The Pumpkin House' is in Kenova, West Virginia. It's at a historic home just three miles across the Kentucky border and less than three hours east of Louisville. According to Visit Huntington, the Pumpkin House started at a different house in 1978 with only five jack-o'-lanterns.
Now, they have thousands and draw around 30,000 visitors to nearby towns each year, Visit Huntington says. And the homeowners get help with the carving. More than a thousand volunteers from West Virginia, Kentucky and Ohio help fill the yard.'Groups from schools, churches, organizations, join families and individuals who walk into the yard and ask 'How can I help?'' says the website for Pumpkin House. And the display just keeps growing throughout the month of October.
