One Piece not covering Arabasta in season 2 is a risky decision, but one clever theory about who will be the main villain until Crocodile shows up solves all my problems with it. Although my initial reaction to Oda's One Piece season 2 announcement was to ponder how many years it would take for the show to cover the rest of the story, I realized it doesn’t really matter how much is covered in the next season.
Nico Robin Will Be The Main Villain Of One Piece Season 2 – Theory Explained Robin First Appeared As The Baroque Works’ Miss All Sunday With Crocodile most likely out of the picture until season 3, I predict that Miss All Sunday and the rest of the members of the Baroque Works we meet after entering the Grand Line will be given a bigger role in One Piece season 2.
Robin could act as a lieutenant of the Baroque Works, answering directly to Crocodile. Even with Arabasta being saved for season 3, Crocodile is still a major threat that Luffy and his friends have to deal with from the moment they meet Princess Vivi. Instead of having the Straw Hats only become a target after Little Garden, One Piece season 2 can have Miss All Sunday chasing the heroes down much sooner.
