This Morning viewers confessed they were 'falling asleep' during today's show - but not in a bad way.
Andy Puddicombe, co-founder of popular meditation app Headspace, attempted to de-stress the nation by leading two minutes of guided meditation. The camera also panned to some of the show's guests and presenters who were having a lie down on the sofa.While fashion expert Lisa Snowdon had her arm wrapped around departing Coronation Street actress Bhavna Lymbachia.
One viewer said: "Just took part in the ITV This Morning meditation and considering I usually really struggle with my sleep, I feel like I could fall asleep after just 2 minutes of meditation!"
