This is what your pimples are trying to tell you | via nolisoliph
Does breaking out in the same place over and over annoy the crap out of you? It’s like no amount of acne spot treatment or face mask can make that godforsaken zit disappear. Normally, our skin is affected by many factors: the environment, genetics, chemicals , the food we eat, and more. But if your breakout occurs in the same place and pops up frequently, chances are the cause is something much deeper.
A couple of years ago, I stumbled upon an ancient Ayurvedic technique called face mapping. According to this practice, face mapping can help you identify the causes of your breakouts as it links certain facial areas to different internal organs.Pimples in this area are often associated with the digestive system. It means that you might be having trouble digesting certain foods or you’re not eating the right ones. Other causes include sleep deprivation, stress, and liver issues.
The cheeks are a common target for zits to show up and multiply. Being exposed to polluted air, pressing your phone against your skin during phone calls, and allergies that affect the respiratory system are all contributing factors. Having too much sugar in your diet can cause pimples in the cheek area, too. You can try to cut back on the white stuff and see if that helps.Whether you live in a polluted city or not, it pays to practice proper hygiene.
