Rooms at some of Manchester city centre's 'most affordable hotels' are going for as much as £500 on the first weekend that Oasis are set to return to their home city.
The Manchester dates are set to take place on Friday July 11, Saturday July 12 and then Saturday July 19 and Sunday July 20. Following the huge announcement, room prices at hotels across Manchester skyrocketed by hundreds of pounds for the date of the concerts.Meanwhile, some of the most affordable rooms in the city centre have vanished from booking sites. According to the Booking.com website, on the first Friday of July 2025, there are more than 280 hotels available in Manchester.
Currently, the cheapest options in Manchester city centre on July 11 include the four-star Manchester Marriott Victoria & Albert Hotel at £303 for one night and one person. There appear to be no Ibis hotels or Holiday Inn rooms available in Manchester on the first weekend that Oasis are due to play in the city. The cheapest room at the Travelodge Manchester Upper Brook Street costs just under £220 and £336 per night at the Premier Inn Manchester Central.
