The final product tastes incredible — but there are a few tricks to getting it just right.
STEP #2: Put the lime wedges directly into a blender.This step felt very odd to me because when is someone ever throwing a whole, rind-on lime into something?? The only modification I made was the amount of sweetened condensed milk I added to the blender. The recipe I was following called for 1/2 cup of milk but that didn't make sense to me considering how many limes I was using so I added the entire 14-ounce can into the blender.
