Fredrik Eklund, the founder of a bicoastal team that signed $100 million in new contracts in one week, swears by this daily routine from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Fredrik Eklund is the founder of Douglas Elliman's bicoastal Eklund Gomes team and an original cast member of Bravo's 'Million Dollar Listing.'

Eklund's contagious, on-the-go energy is obvious on the show , and he said the transition from running around the city meeting clients and showing properties to working remotely has been a big change. With four offices, over 80 employees, and a show to shoot, Zoom calls are always on the roster, but Eklund said that while he's keeping productivity high, it's important to prioritize family and self-care in times like these too. "I always try to work with my assistants to not do more than 2-3 zoom meetings in a row."
