The beach house located at 2490 Sandy Lane boasts a ranch-style design, detached apartment, tennis court and swimming pool. The Del Mar retreat sits on over one acre of land.Toberman is also the grandfather of San Diego businessman and politician Charles “Kim” Fletcher, who lived in the home until 2019.
