The renovation will also move the station closer to the parking lot, removing the need for a shuttle service thatcontracts. That improvement would save the agency around $500,000 per year, according to Andrew Busch, SEPTA spokesperson. Design for the project began this summer, and construction is expected to break ground in early 2026, Busch said. The project could be completed by late 2028.
