It’s thick, pretty soft, very comfortable, and even the head and neck rest is so relaxing. have long, thick, hair that I like to put up into a bun and I felt being able to adjust how high to put the pillow also gave me a great rest to lean my hair up on. It is super easy to install. I personally put the pillow down before filling the tub and just pushed down hard where the suction caps were. It was quite stable and easy to put in! It also looks quite nice! Very soft and pleasant, I have sensitive skin and it did not irritate me at all.
