The adidas Originals by Noah’s collection is the first release of many between the two brands and will see Noah’s influence on two classic colorways of the archival SL72 silhouette , a french terry crewneck sweatshirt, t-shirt, shorts , a seashell graphic shoulder bag, as well as a three-pack of co-branded cotton socks.
“For decades, adidas has continually pushed the boundaries of design by working with pioneers in the fashion world. Merging Noah’s blend of influences with adidas’ sporting heritage, the collection is simultaneously a celebration of performance running technology and archival aesthetics,” adidas and Noah wrote in a press release.
“This collaboration is perfect to activate in a real way. Adidas has done the hard work of developing Prime Blue which utilizes ocean plastics for use in footwear, and by allowing us to access this material to develop shoes, they’ve given us the opportunity to be part of the solution to ocean plastic pollution,” said Babenzien..
