A third man was arrested in connection to the August slaying of Jin Shin. Quamon White was booked into Tarrant County Jail Sunday, January 1.

The two have since been released from jail on bond.Fort Worth officers were notified of a crash early Aug. 15 in the 2500 block of University Drive, just south of Interstate 30., the shooting stemmed from an altercation between Shin and a group of people following a “minor fender bender.”
Responding officers were told multiple people were beating up the driver who had caused the accident and that two people were pointing guns at each other, the affidavit says. When officers arrived, Shin was found with gunshot wounds on the east side of University Drive. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
