A third man, 19, has been arrested in connection with the death of a 33-year-old man at a West Side apartment complex last year.

Darius Dwayne Wadlington, 19, was charged Thursday with murder in the death of Carlos Madrazo and is being held on $150,000 bail. Police previously arrested Darryl Lamont Love II andAnother suspect, 18-year-old Corey Salas, was also named in an arrest warrant but has not been arrested, according to court records.Police were called on Sept. 8, 2022, for a shooting in progress at Madrazo’s apartment in the 2500 block of Westward Drive, where they found Madrazo shot inside.
One of the men hit Madrazo and another witness in the face with a gun, and a second man shot Madrazo in the chest, the affidavit said.
