A player of Jones' profile is hard to come by, and now, the only thing dropping is the number on the scale. "He's getting better. He's maturing in small steps. He gets a little frustrated with some of the things that he's not able to do yet, but we just keep preaching patience with him. Everybody goes through it," said Browns Offensive Line Coach Bill Callahan.
