Micah Parsons and the Dallas Cowboys (11-4) are scheduled to host Chase Edmonds and the Arizona Cardinals (10-4) at 4:25 p.m. Sunday.
Micah Parsons might be the best defensive player in the NFL, and Chase Edmonds is coming off his best game of the season, but when the pair meet on the field Sunday it will be about much more than football.Sure, it’ll be a big-time game between Parsons, a Harrisburg High grad, and his Dallas Cowboys , who host Edmonds, a CD East grad, and his Cardinals at 4:25 p.m., but the duo represent something far greater than star players to their hometown.
“They are very different in many ways,” Deane said. “But they are very similar people in that they are both upbeat, very respectful, positive and they bring energy to any type of room they are in. It just speaks to who they are, and from a city-wide standpoint, it’s nothing but great energy and positivity, especially for our youth to see their own playing at such a high stage.Arizona Cardinals running back Chase Edmonds runs against the Indianapolis Colts during their Christmas Day game.
