San Francisco business owners and humanitarian organizations are giving local residents the chance to provide relief and financial assistance to victims of the ongoing wildfires in Los Angeles.

Members of San Francisco’s dining and drinking industries are using their respective platforms to fundraise for Southern California relief efforts. Regional nonprofits are also calling on residents to donate to recovery efforts should they have the financial resources. “For us, it’s more than about the ice cream. It’s an opportunity to help people in need,” Laughlin said.
