But not all Jergens Ultra Healing Moisturizers are suspected to be contaminated with the bacteria. Only specific lots of the 3-oz. and 10-oz. sized bottles are affected—specifically ones manufactured between October 1, 2021 and October 18, 2021.

The brand says it is working with manufacturing partners to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future by improving cleaning and sanitization practices.
