New Study Finds These Popular Games May Lower Your Risk of Dementia

Still, there is strong evidence that social engagement is key to reducing dementia, says Cuccaro. “As the authors pointed out, the lack of a strong association between social engagement and dementia was most likely due to the fact that the study participants were highly socially engaged at the start. If anything, I think this study supports the importance of integrating games, puzzles, and challenges into social settings.
