Each assisted living neighborhood has its own kitchen, casual dining room, great room, and courtyard.Roland Builder plans to build the Garden Homes at Autumn Oaks off Patton Road near Linglestown Road.
The Triple Crown Corporation is planning to build a small townhome community that will consist of 21 rental townhomes and be accessed from Colorado Avenue. Lower Paxton Township supervisors approved the land development plan in November.The Vartan Group is planning to construct five three-story apartments buildings that will each include 22 units on 3.4 acres along the east side of North Progress Avenue between Union Green Way and Garrison Avenue.
Willow Valley Communities, a retirement living developer and operator, has announced that it will build a multi-story, mixed-use tower slated for development at the 1.6-acre downtown site of the former LNP production facility at the intersection of Queen and Vine streets. Willow Valley Communities’ 20-story tower structure will have 147 two-bedroom and three-bedroom residences and amenities for residents 55 and above. Construction is expected to begin later this year.
