In addition to the family, friends and world leaders expected to gather in Westminster Abbey, the British government has erected large public viewing areas for the public to gather to watch the funeral service. Monday has also been declared a federal holiday in the U.K. and a number of Commonwealth nations.5:44 a.m. ET : The coffin will travel from the Palace of Westminster to Westminster Abbey6:55 a.m.
7 a.m. ET : Procession along Broad Sanctuary, Parliament Square, Whitehall, Horse Guards Parade, Horse Guards Road, The Mall and Constitution Hill 10:10 a.m. ET : The hearse will travel in procession along Albert Road and the Long Walk to St. George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle
