As mentioned above, AMC greenlit the third season in July 2024. Currently in production in Madrid, the season’s filming locations include the Galicia, Catalonia, Aragón, and Valencia regions of Spain. The official logline reads, “Season three will follow Daryl Dixon and Carol Peletier as they continue their journey to somehow return home and to the ones they love. As they struggle to find their way back, the path takes them farther astray, leading them through distant lands with ever-changing and unfamiliar conditions as they witness the various effects of the Walker apocalypse.”
The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon Season 3 is slated to debut on AMC and AMC+ sometime in 2025. Besides Norman Reedus and Melissa McBride, the upcoming season features Óscar Jaenada, Eduardo Noriega, Alexandra Masangkay, Stephen Merchant, and more.
