The Voice season 18 premiere aired on Monday, starring coaches Kelly Clarkson, Blake Shelton, Nick Jonas, and John Legend. Fans were shocked when Kelly called Blake a 'liar.'
Kelly, whowith Blake, did not hold back from trying to sabotage him in front of the contestants. At one point, she actually called the country star a"liar"—and he didn't deny the accusation.
It all started after Tayler Green's Blind Audition, when Kelly beat out Nick in their battle to become her coach. "I did think I was gonna lose that one," Kelly said after Tayler chose her, prompting Blake to give Nick some advice. "This nice guy stuff isn't gonna get you nowhere around here," Blake told him."She doesn't mean it when she says, 'Oh, I know you're not going to go with me!'""I admit it. My stuff's out front. I lie on this show every day," Blake said. He was totally unbothered—and that's probably because it's not the first time his fellow coaches have accused him of deception.
