Summary The final trailer for The Umbrella Academy previews a grand sendoff for the popular sci-fi drama. Based on the Dark Horse comic book series of the same name, from showrunner Steve Blackman, the series premiered on Netflix in February 2019 and centers around a dysfunctional family of adopted sibling superheroes who reunite to solve the mystery of their father’s death and the threat of an imminent apocalypse.
The latest preview, which could be seen above, comes ahead of the adaptation's final six episodes which will all premiere on Thursday, August 8. In addition to Feore as Reginald, The Umbrella Academy cast are all on board for season 4. That includes Elliot Page, Tom Hopper, David Castañeda, Emmy Raver-Lampman, Robert Sheehan, Aidan Gallagher, Justin H. Min, and Ritu Arya. There will also be some recognizable additions to the ensemble, including Nick Offerman , Megan Mullally , and Arrested Development alum David Cross.
