River Oaks’ buzzy new restaurant will be open from 3 to 10 p.m. on Christmas Eve, offering signatures like its Lobster Bisque, Seared Sea Scallops, Bone Marrow Au Gratin, Grilled Octopus; Veal Milanese and Wagyu Strip Loin. The classic restaurant will be open on Christmas Eve for dinner from 5 to 9 p.m., serving its a la carte menu.
