Netflix has recently released a thrilling journalism movie called Scoop, marking the revival of the journalism thriller subgenre. This subgenre, dormant since the 1970s, focuses on journalists pursuing controversial and dangerous stories. From Nightcrawler to Spotlight, these movies have gained popularity in recent years.
