Gordon Sondland testified he sought to condition a White House meeting for Ukraine in exchange for investigations on Nov. 20, 2019. $1.8 million in legal fees related to the impeachment. His own memoir, due out in October, is going through a security review, although it contains no bombshells. Its working title is “The Envoy: Mastering the Art of Diplomacy with Trump and the World.
