. The Black women who face misogynoir and racism every day that they step outside of their homes. The Black women, like Breonna, who are killedby police officers, are products of this society that has condoned all of these past atrocities. Black women, like Breonna, whose lives aren’t valued enough to even bring aThe level of disrespect is outrageous but in line with who these United States are. Still, no one fights harder than us. And love from a Black woman is deeper than words can convey.
Black women have always deserved better, so the mistreatment of Breonna is nothing new. I never thought Breonna would get the justice she deserves because I too am a Black American woman, and I’ve always known how this country sees me. Sees us. Would see her — if those in power even saw her at all. But so many of usof her.
