Philadelphia prosecutors said Wednesday that they do not plan to ask the U.S. Supreme Court to review a recent Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court decision on the constitutionality of the state’s use-of-force law for police — potentially clearing the way for former city officer Ryan Pownall to be tried for murder this fall.rejected a challenge
