that the Duke of Edinburgh doesn’t enjoy drinking tea, something that’s extremely popular in Britain.But Prince Philip is missing out on key nutritional benefits, according to nutritionist Carrie Ruxton,"Drinking tea is actually better for you than drinking water," Ruxton said."Water is essentially replacing fluid.
"Tea replaces fluids and contains antioxidants so it's got two things going for it. Even if you had a really, really strong cup of tea or coffee, which is quite hard to make, you’d still have a net gain of fluid [which means your body retains more than it excretes].But this isn’t the first bizarre revelation to come out of the palace.
