Netflix has finally released a teaser trailer and confirmed the release date for The Old Guard 2, set for July 2, 2025. The sequel sees the return of the original cast, including Charlize Theron, KiKi Layne, and Marwan Kenzari, alongside new additions Uma Thurman and Henry Golding. Directed by Victoria Mahoney, the film promises to deliver more action and drama as Andy and her team of immortal warriors face a new threat.

The first film was one of the pandemic success stories as it did exceptionally well for the streaming service when it was released in July 2020. The numbers were excellent, and it seemed like the perfect setup for not only a sequel but multiple films.
