A Nottinghamshire mum and daughter have opened up a ‘bakery and cakery’ and say they ‘sell happiness’ with fresh products
“We are open seven days a week. Everyday we have deliveries, all of these are coming in every day. We have bread from local bakeries, one bakery is a small family bakery. We like to support small local businesses that’s why we offer bread from the family bakeries. Monika highlighted how important it was for her to have high quality products that are very traditional to Poland, as she’s trying to offer products that maybe people from the UK haven’t tried yet.
