Mr. Monk’s Last Case: A Monk Movie acknowledged one of the show’s most important characters despite not bringing them back for the reunion. With only 90 minutes to revisit Adrian and the rest of the Monk cast, Mr. Monk’s Last Case could only reference so many supporting characters. Even Bitty Schram’s Sharona, who left the show during season 3 but remained an important part of the story offscreen, was left out of the movie apart from the flashback at the start.
Adrian Wrote Harold Krenshaw A Letter In Mr. Monk’s Last Case The Monk Movie Didn’t Forget Adrian’s Rival ✕ Remove Ads Monk’s greatest enemy on the show was not any of the killers and criminal masterminds he faced but rather Harold Krenshaw, a patient of Dr. Krogerer who also suffered from OCD. Adrian’s competitive behavior combined with the fact that he and Harold wanted to impress Dr. Krogerer and be his favorite patient created a hilarious rivalry throughout the show.
