DOHA, Qatar—In the final minutes before France coach Didier Deschamps sends the defending World Cup champions onto the pitch against England on Saturday, he will make one last run through the tactics with his 11-man unit. His opposite number, Gareth Southgate, will be delivering the same speech to the Three Lions.
