The front nine will be played as a Four-Ball, with each player playing his own ball and the lower score counting towards the team's score. Whichever team records the lower score wins the hole. Brady and Manning will both get three handicap strokes on the front nine, one on a par-3 hole and one each on a par-4 and on a par-5. The three holes will be determined by a committee before the start of the event. On the back nine, meanwhile, the event will switch to a Modified Alternate shot. Both players of the same team will hit a tee shot, before selecting the best tee shot of the two and continuing from there until the ball is holed. Again, the team that records the lower score wins the hole.Should the two teams be tied at the 18th, the match will go to an extra hole with both teams teeing off from approximately 100-125 yards away from the 18th green. The extra hole, if needed, will be played in Modified Alternate format.Tiger Woods and Peyton Manning are 1/2 favorites to win the event, with Tom Brady and Phil Mickelson at 33/20.
