It's good news for Morecambe, Blackpool and Accrington, among others
Ministers today confirmed that projects including Eden Project North, a regeneration of Accrington Town Square, and Blackpool's Multiversity scheme are among those to benefit from the latest round of the £2bn Levelling Up Fund. Projects in Blackburn, Preston and across multiple East Lancashire sites were also selected.

Eden Project North - £50m £50 million to transform Morecambe’s seafront into an Eden by the Bay, inspiring a sense of wonder in the natural world and drawing thousands of new visitors to the bustling seaside resort every year. Eden Project North will be a major new attraction which combines indoor and outdoor experiences, connecting people with the internationally-significant natural environment of Morecambe Bay while also enhancing wellbeing.
