A top basic education department official has labelled the bungle regarding KwaZulu-Natal's service provider and the National School Nutrition Programme as a"comedy of errors".
The deputy director-general, Granville Whittle, made the comment during a webinar this week, saying the KZN education department made a multitude of errors in employing service provider, Pacina Retail.
