New York Knicks player Ogugua 'OG' Anunoby lost control of the ball during a game against the Chicago Bulls on Wednesday, November 13 — and in the process, stumbled straight into Anne Hathaway and her son, Jack, who were sitting courtside

Anne Hathaway and her son Jack were caught off guard while sitting courtside at a New York Knicks game.

During the televised matchup, Knicks player Ogugua “OG” Anunoby lost control of the ball, and as he chased after it, he leaped over a barrier and stumbled into Hathaway. Her popcorn went flying and Jack looked astonished. Anunoby, 27, grinned as he got back on the court, and Hathaway was smiling as well. Everyone emerged unscathed, per video footage found online.

It was a rare public outing for the Oscar-winning actress and her child. Hathaway generally keeps her personal and professional lives separate, and maintains a low profile when out with her family. She and her husband, Adam Shulman, married in September 2012 and share Jack as well as son Jonathan, 8.

'It's not like I was lacking integrity, but it made me want to be completely, on every level, true to my word,' she shared at the time. 'And that meant stopping any nonsense that I had going on inside myself. And it’s little breaks that you give yourself sometimes when you know that you’re not being your best self.”
