We've got the latest Insider Deals to share!Jacksonville Fairgrounds In September, the city issued a permit for construction to start at a new location in the area on Normandy Boulevard east of the Jacksonville Equestrian Center.Construction on the future fairgrounds on the Westside began this month and is expected to be completed in early 2026, officials said.Initially, officials said they expected to move to the new site by next fall. However, they announced Tuesday that the 2025 fair will also take place at the current fairgrounds on Fairgrounds Place.
