Pixar is known for its Easter eggs, and The Incredibles didn't disappoint, full of details relating to Pixar, Disney, and the world of superheroes.

Summary SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY SCROLL TO CONTINUE WITH CONTENT As a Pixar film, The Incredibles is full of Easter eggs and references. Some of these are from popular movies out of the Disney studio, while others reference aspects of the Superhero world. Additionally, some side characters in The Incredibles are meant to pay homage to people who have played essential parts at Pixar studios and therefore earned a place in this beloved film.

12 The Iron Giant Nod The Incredibles director Brad Bird was also responsible for another massively successful project, The Iron Giant, which was released in 1999. Though this wasn't a Pixar or Disney film, the director was proud enough of his creation that he threw a little Easter egg referencing The Iron Giant into The Incredibles. When Syndrome targets Helen's jet as a way to torture Mr. Incredible, she begins screaming out a series of codes.

9 Mr. Incredible’s Bullet Jar Though absent of Easter eggs from past Pixar movies, Bob Parr's office in The Incredibles has a lot of fun references to his superhero days. Of course, it's hard to miss his Super Suit, but Bob apparently kept several other souvenirs from his past. For example, a jar on his desk is labeled "Bullets that bounced off my chest," indicating that Mr. Incredible isn't just strong but bulletproof.

6 Frank Thomas & Ollie Johnston’s Character Tributes After the Parr family saved the day at the end of The Incredibles, two older gentlemen were seen praising the heroes' "old school" methods. This was a sweet moment demonstrating how the public had begun to appreciate Supers again. However, the scene is even more touching with the knowledge that these two were designed after legendary Disney animators Frank Thomas and Ollie Johnston.
