The Hurry-Up: Ohio State will soon host two key visitors as 2024 WR Ryan Pellum will visit on Saturday and five-star DE Keon Keeley will be at OSU Tuesday.
Pellum is ranked as the 36th-best prospect and the sixth-best wide receiver in the 2024 class, according to 247Sports’ composite rankings. The 5-foot-10, 160-pound prospect currently has 40 Division I offers, a list that includes Alabama, Arkansas, Auburn, Florida State, Georgia, LSU, Michigan, Michigan State, Notre Dame, Oregon, Penn State, Texas, Texas A&M and USC.
In eight games for Millikan High School last season, the sophomore wideout caught 42 passes for 721 yards with 10 touchdowns. Pellum also scored a rushing touchdown and finished with 35 rushing yards on 13 carries this season.Ohio State is taking a key step toward trying to flip a five-star edge rusher from Notre Dame.
