Here are the most popular ZIP codes in North Texas, according to a report from real estate website Opendoor.

McKinney is one of the most desirable places to live in North Texas, according to a new report from Opendoor, a real estate website.“most popular ZIP codes” in Dallas-Fort Worth. Outside of McKinney’s 75071 and 75072, eight other North Texas cities stood out in the report, which lists the top zip codes by “analyzing data from the local Multiple Listing Services where Opendoor Brokerages operate” and ranking them by “total homes which went into contract within 90 days of listing in 2021.”Eight of the 10 ZIP codes are north of Interstate 30, according to the report.
“We’re continuing to see an influx of out-of-state buyers relocating to Texas which is great for our economy and culture,” Sharon Brown, Dallas general manager for Opendoor said in the report. “We’re also seeing increased interest in areas surrounding the metroplex, including northern pockets like McKinney and Frisco, and areas like Keller, Forney, and Burleson.”
