The new poster has been released for The Expendables 4, the fourth action movie in the series starring Sylvester Stallone.
According to the tweet, the new trailer will arrive on Wednesday, June 7. The poster teases the film’s star-studded cast, including Jason Statham, 50 Cent, Megan Fox, Dolph Lundgren, Tony Jaa, Iko Uwais, Randy Couture, Andy García, and of course, Sylvester Stallone.Stallone’s billing getting moved to the back signals his smaller role in the film compared to previous entries.
He is handing the reins over to Statham to take the lead, as this will be the last appearance of Stallone’s Barney Ross. Although the film features many new famous faces, notable cast members who are not returning include Arnold Schwarzenegger, Bruce Willis, Harrison Ford, Jet Li, and Terry Crews.Jonathan Sim is a film critic and filmmaker born and raised in New York City.
