Espresso Displays’ new 17-inch, billion color, Espresso 17 Pro monitor promises to support photographers anywhere.
. That same monitor became the backbone of the company and at its $300 asking price, allowed for on-the-go work as either a simple second screen or as a compact drawing tablet with pen support.
“Espresso 17 Pro is meticulously crafted to support professionals and creatives who need to perform at their best, wherever their work takes them and whatever platforms they use,” Will Scuderi, cofounder and CEO at Espresso Displays, says. “Every aspect of Espresso 17 Pro has been developed and refined to produce an unrivalled experience and helps people deliver their best work, whatever the task.
Espresso Displays says it improved the touch experience too, and re-engineered its software to support enhanced gesture controls to make Mac and Windows devices feel like they were designed to integrate with espresso’s touch features. To better support pen users, Espresso has developed a new software called Jot. It promises that Jot creates a seamless note-taking and drawing experience that is compatible with hundreds of desktop and web-based applications.“Activated with a simple pen click or keyboard shortcut, Jot becomes your helpful personal content and creativity utility to capture, cut, save, and drop on-screen content between any app, window, or document.
