The blast, which rattled entire buildings and broke glass, was felt in several parts of the city.Around 60 locally-stranded individuals camp out near the gates of the Libingan ng mga Bayani in Fort Bonifacio in Taguig City on Wednesday. The stranded individuals wait for a chance to return home to their respective provinces under the government’s Hatid Tulong program as well as aid from the Department of Social Welfare and Development amid the modified enhanced community quarantine.
